A comforting dish featuring golden brown potatoes, smoky sausage, and gooey cheese, perfect for weeknight meals or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes (Yukon Gold or red)
  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in olive oil until well-coated.
  3. Add ranch seasoning to the potatoes and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and mix with the seasoned potatoes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese over the top and return to the oven until bubbly and melted.
