Deliciously rich and creamy cheesecake layered over a buttery crust, topped with tart apples and drizzled with caramel, perfect for fall gatherings.

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (162°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs and vanilla, mixing until incorporated.
  4. Pour cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Toss apple slices with cinnamon and arrange evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges are set; cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce.
