Instructions

  1. Prepare your tools: Gather a medium saucepan, mixing bowl, and jello mold or dessert cups.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin: In the saucepan, combine warm water and gelatin powder. Stir gently until dissolved (3-5 minutes).
  3. Add fruit juice: Pour in the fruit juice and mix well.
  4. Incorporate green tea extract: Add green tea extract and stir thoroughly.
  5. Add fresh fruits: Fold in chopped fresh fruits until evenly distributed.
  6. Chill: Pour the mixture into the mold or cups. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.

Notes
