A delightful dessert that blends creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate for a heavenly taste experience.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the butter and peanut butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth (3–5 minutes).
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well until thick and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the chilled fudge and spread evenly.
  7. Return to the refrigerator for another hour, then lift out using the parchment and cut into squares.

Notes

Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to a week, or refrigerate to extend freshness.
