- 2 cans (21 ounces each) cherry pie filling
- 1 box (15.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour cherry pie filling into the baking pan and spread evenly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix and melted butter; mix until just combined.
- Spoon the chocolate mixture over the cherry pie filling.
- Warm hot fudge sauce in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Pour the hot fudge sauce over the chocolate cake mix layer.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
