A delightful twist on traditional French pastry, combining flaky croissants with sweet apples and creamy goat cheese for a perfect balance of flavors.

  • 4 Croissants
  • 1 cup Apples (sliced)
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme or Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread goat cheese on the bottom half of each croissant, layer with sliced apples, drizzle with honey or maple syrup, and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
  5. Top with the other half of the croissant and gently press down.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and melted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
