  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased casserole dish.
  2. Brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into small pieces and draining fat if desired.
  3. Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté until vegetables are tender, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in the frozen peas and cooked egg noodles, mixing everything thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
