A hearty, one-pot meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights, featuring ground beef, macaroni, tomatoes, and flavorful spices.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Stir in the chopped onion and bell pepper and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, stirring until well combined.
  5. Add the elbow macaroni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring everything together.
  6. Cover and reduce heat to low, cooking for 12-15 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with cheese or fresh herbs.

Notes
